Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026

Your privacy matters to us. Here’s what RiZe collects, why, and the control you have over it, in plain English.

What we collect

Your account details (name, email, profile photo, and your Apple or Google sign-in). What you create in RiZe: your traits, your letter, your proofs, photos, comments, and progress. Your subscription status from Apple, but never your payment details. Basic device info and crash logs so we can fix bugs. On tryrize.app, the email you join the waitlist with, plus anonymous visit counts from Vercel Analytics.

How we use it

To run RiZe, send the notifications and emails you’ve signed up for, keep the community safe, and make the app better. We never sell your information, and there are no ads in RiZe.

Who can see what

Other users can see your profile and the proofs you share to Community. Your private proofs, your traits, and your letter to next year are only for you.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run RiZe for us: Supabase (our database and sign-in), Apple and Google (sign-in, payments, and notifications), Loops (email), and Vercel (our website). We also share information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can delete your account in the app anytime, and we’ll remove your data within 30 days. You can also email us to get a copy of your data or fix something. You can unsubscribe from emails and turn off notifications whenever you want.

California residents

You have the right to know what we collect, and to ask us to delete or correct it. We don’t sell or share your personal information. Just email us, and we won’t treat you any differently for asking.

Kids

RiZe isn’t for anyone under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has signed up, we’ll delete their account.

Keeping it safe

We use standard security measures to protect your information. If we make big changes to this policy, we’ll let you know.
